Your CRM data stays on a short leash. The assistant works your Salesforce org through the connection you authorize — it doesn't build a shadow copy of your records anywhere on our side. When a call ends, there's nothing of your CRM content left behind to find, leak, or subpoena.
- Scoped to your login. The agent sees and does exactly what your own Salesforce permissions allow — nothing more.
- One spoken confirmation before any write. It reads the change back and waits for your yes before touching a record.
- No delete powers. It can read, create, and update within scope; it cannot delete records.
- PIN-gated. Access is protected by a personal PIN, so a stray call can't drive your CRM.
- Fully audited. Every read and write is logged and traceable back to the conversation that caused it.
