How it works

  1. Property managers upload their tenant reminder list (unit, amount due, due date) with consent on file.
  2. Simitar places courtesy reminder calls and sends texts from the property’s own verified number.
  3. Tenants receive a friendly reminder and a secure link to pay their rent online.
  4. The property manager sees results and outcomes in a simple dashboard.

SMS program

Program: Simitar sends rent-reminder notifications on behalf of our property-manager customers (for example, “your rent payment is due” with a secure payment link).

  • Opt-in: recipients are messaged only where the customer confirms the tenant consented to receive account/rent notifications.
  • Message frequency varies based on account activity.
  • Message and data rates may apply.
  • Opt-out: reply STOP to stop messages; reply HELP for help, or email abartels@simitar.info.
  • Opt-in consent and phone numbers are not shared or sold to third parties for their marketing.
